Villa Forest Bay is situated in a quiet location surrounded by nature and is only a short drive away from the well-known Istrian town of Pula. It offers space for up to 8 people on a total of 260m2.
The living area is spread over 2 floors and furnished in a chic style. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom, living room with dining area and direct access to the outside area. The fully equipped kitchen is connected to the living area. The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces.
Outside in the garden you can find a private pool surrounded by sun loungers. The pool can also be heated on request. For the colder days, the villa also has underfloor heating throughout the house. Outside in the garden there is a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and a dining area. This is the perfect place to spend summer nights with your loved ones. Young guests can enjoy a children’s playground. The villa also has a fitness room and table football.
Be sure to visit the largest monument, the famous 1st-century amphitheater. Many events are held here, from concerts and film screenings to sporting events. Here you can also visit the Historical and Archaeological Museum of Istria. In the area you can visit beautiful small Istrian towns, explore natural beaches, go hiking, cycling or diving. Our recommendation is to visit Brijuni National Park, which promises an unforgettable experience.

A security deposit of €500 is required and will be refunded after departure, subject to inspection of the property.
Full payment must be completed no later than 30 days before check-in, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit or rental amount.
No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
3. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time: from 4:00 PM
Check-out time: by 10:00 AM
Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect.
Any damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
No parties or events are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon.
5. Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests allowed is clearly stated for each booking. Exceeding this limit without approval may lead to cancellation without refund.
6. Force Majeure
The owner is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to events beyond their control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
7. Jurisdiction
